As our 2IC or Trainee Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting our Store Manager and Section Leads to make sure our store runs like a well-oiled machine. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fresh and Fabulous: Help receive, prep, and display our amazing range of fresh food, including fruit & veg, grocery items, and perishables, ensuring everything is top-notch for our customers.
• Get Hands-On: Be part of the action by pre-packing, pricing, weighing, and preparing products for sale with precision and care.
• Merchandising Magic: Ensure our shelves are stocked, displays are vibrant, and the store always looks inviting and fresh.
• Team Player: Step up to support your team, be ready to lend a hand where needed, and take pride in the work we do together.
• Customer First: Deliver exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm about the products we sell.
• Lead by Example: Help guide the team, inspire confidence, and provide leadership and support across all departments.
• Stock and Inventory Hero: Help manage stock levels, ensure we’ve got everything we need, and keep track of the goods coming in and out.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail Experience: You’ve worked in retail before and know the ropes. Whether you’ve been a Section Lead, Assistant Manager, or Senior Team Member, your experience will be key to helping us run the show!
• Positive Attitude: You’ve got a “can-do” approach, always ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into whatever comes your way.
• Leadership Skills: You lead by example, bring energy to the team, and aren’t afraid to take charge when it counts.
• Customer Focused: You’re all about creating a friendly and engaging atmosphere where customers feel like they’re part of the family.
• Adaptability: No two days are the same at Harris Farm, so you’re flexible and ready to step in wherever needed!
