The Role

As a Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll oversee service operations, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and coach team members to perform at their best.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has strong leadership qualities, and is committed to upholding the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise service staff to achieve daily service excellence.
  • Ensure all service areas run efficiently, including checkouts, customer service and front-of-house operations.
  • Drive a customer-first culture by role modelling exceptional service standards.
  • Train and mentor team members, conducting skills assessments and providing feedback.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Manage rostering, shift coverage, and workflow prioritisation.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support store leadership in achieving performance and service targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong people management and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments with calmness and efficiency.
  • Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
