Front End Customer Service

About the Role

As a Service team member, you’ll be the face of our store, creating positive first and last impressions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
• Operating registers and handling transactions accurately
• Assisting customers with product queries and store navigation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-store environment
• Supporting the wider team during peak trade periods

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a rotating roster including weekends, afternoons & nights
• Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment
• A genuine passion for fresh food and people
