We're looking for a Head Service Supervisor to lead our front-end team, keep the registers humming, and help make every shopping trip feel like more market than supermarket.

What you'll be doing

• 🍏 Leading your team to deliver fast, friendly, spot-on service at every register
• 🍓 Coaching and growing newer Store Assistants into confident team members
• 🥕 Championing fresh, full, beautifully rotated displays that make people stop and stare
• 💸 Keeping cash secure and reconciled, every single shift
• 📅 Teaming up with the Operations Coordinator to build rosters that hit budget
• 🌱 Setting the standard for a safe, spotless, well-run store
