Pre Pack Meat Full Time

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of food presentation, stock control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock takes and accurate inventory management
• Shelf management, merchandising, and maintaining product presentation
• Unpacking and processing deliveries
• Waste management and stock rotation to minimise shrinkage
• Back of House organisation and cleanliness
• Actively pushing sales and promoting protein products
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable on-the-floor customer service
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times

About You

• Previous experience in the meat industry or protein department (preferred)
• Retail or supermarket experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident engaging with customers and promoting products
• Ability to work in a chilled environment and handle pre-pack meat products
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
