Key Responsibilities

You'll be at the heart of our operations, making a real difference every day through:

• Conducting thorough stock takes and maintaining precise inventory management
• Creating eye-catching shelf displays, merchandising, and ensuring products always look their absolute best
• Efficiently unpacking and processing incoming deliveries
• Implementing smart waste management strategies and stock rotation practices to minimize shrinkage
• Keeping our Back of House areas organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Becoming a protein product champion actively driving sales and sharing your product knowledge
• Delivering warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service that makes every shopping experience memorable
• Upholding the highest food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards without compromise

About You

We're looking for someone special who brings:

• Previous experience in the meat industry or protein department (we'd love this, but passion can go a long way too!)
• Retail or supermarket experience that's given you real insight into what great customer service looks like
• An eagle eye for detail and natural organizational abilities that keep everything running like clockwork
• Genuine confidence when chatting with customers and enthusiasm for sharing product recommendations
• Comfort working in chilled environments and hands-on experience with pre-pack meat products
• A reliable, proactive attitude and the collaborative spirit that makes you an amazing team player
