Full Time Store Leadership Team

At Harris Farm Markets, our stores are driven by passionate leaders who care deeply about people, product and customer experience. We’re looking for retail leaders to help lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment

As part of our Store Leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering support to the store manager, Store Team and greater business.

We are looking for a 2IC. Responsibilities may include:

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
• Coaching and developing team members and future leaders
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
• Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards
• Running the store in the absence of the store manager

About You

We’re looking for leaders who:

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded)
• Valid Forklift licence
• Warehouse & Retail experience preferred
• Previous Fruit and Veg experience
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement
