We are currently searching for our next Shop Assistant!

You'll help customers find what they need, keep the store looking fresh and abundant, and be part of a team that loves good food and good people. No experience needed, we'll teach you everything. What you bring is a friendly attitude, pride in your work, and a genuine love of great fresh food. Many of our Store Managers started exactly here!

Responsibilities

• Filling and rotating stock to maintain full, fresh, and appealing displays
• Keeping the Back of House organised, clean, and well-managed
• Monitoring stock quality, dates, and rotation (FIFO)
• Maintaining excellent shelf management for accurate customer convenience
• Providing helpful, on-the-floor customer service
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business. Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Physically capable of manual handling and being on your feet
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster AM & PM shifts
