Full Time Butcher

About the Role

As a skilled butcher, you will:

• Prepare and present premium cuts of meat
• Production of overwrap and specialty “ready to cook”
• Provide expert advice to customers on cooking techniques, storage advice and product selection
• Ensure top-notch quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Work as part of a fast-paced team, building friendships with your community

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a butcher in a retail environment
• Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of various cuts of meat
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• A commitment to quality and food safety
