Bowral’s Harris Farm comes alive after dark. As the day winds down, you’ll be the one keeping the shelves stocked, the standards high and the team switched on, so every customer who walks in the next morning finds something to get excited about.

Your evening on the floor

You’ll be the person the team turns to when something needs sorting. You’ll support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store, rostering most departments, and making sure everything runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front. When they’re off the floor, you’re the one in charge.

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service through the evening rush
• Drive sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
• Coach and develop team members into the leaders of tomorrow
• Keep WHS, food safety and company standards front of mind
• Set the bar for visual presentation, quality and freshness
• Run the store with confidence in the Store Manager’s absence

You might be our Night Time Supervisor if you

• Love food and have worked in fresh food retail
• Have experience in retail leadership, ideally in supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail
• Lead from the front and get hands-on when it counts
• Communicate in a way that builds trust and gets people fired up
• Are confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
• Bring a commercial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
