The role

Are you looking for a new opportunity to be working on quality property projects transactions in a collaborative environment with access to top tier leadership and training. We’re looking for a Senior Lawyer / Senior Associate to join our rapidly expanding Real Estate team in Perth. We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.  We work flexibly and working from home is available to everyone in the team.

This is an opportunity to work with Margot King, who is leading property transactions for major renewable projects across the country.  The lawyer would support Margot and a Special Counsel in major projects as well as day to day property transactions. 

We’re looking for someone: 

  • with 4+ years’ PAE experience
  • with large scale property transaction experience, ideally in a projects context, gained in a reputable firm
  • PEXA and day-to-day property transactions experience
  • clear drafting and writing skills
  • able to take a leading role in transactions and client interactions
  • wanting a collaborative and non-hierarchical team culture
  • with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
  • an interest in renewable energy and the transition to net-zero is an advantage
