The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join our rapidly expanding team. We are a flexible, diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, agile, and fun.
Working alongside Mihai Pascariu, you will have the opportunity to work in dispute resolution, corporate governance, banking law, security enforcement, restructuring and insolvency and Commerce Commission investigations. Mihai’s attention to detail and passion for his craft has led him to be involved in some of New Zealand’s most complex corporate governance and cross-border matters.
We’re looking for someone:
- with around 2+ years’ experience in Dispute Resolution;
- who has a strong sense of purpose, ambition, confidence and a proactive approach to your work;
- with a desire to work with existing and new clients on business growth; and
- friendly, with a sense of humour, down to earth/authentic, who is also hard working, focused and ambitious.
