The Role

Join our highly ranked Funds & Financial Services team, recognised in the Chambers and Partners Fintech Legal Guide 2025 as a Band 1 ranked firm.

You’ll help financial services and credit businesses navigate complex regulatory landscapes and achieve commercial success. From licensing and compliance to structuring innovative financial products, you’ll be exposed to diverse and intellectually challenging work that has real-world impact.

This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and be part of a collaborative and fast-moving team that values curiosity, creativity and commercial thinking.

We’re looking for someone:

• With 3–5 years’ post qualification experience in private practice;
• With a strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment, including advice capability across financial planning, wealth management, credit, payments and/or managed funds;
• With experience or interest in blockchain, fintech, or emerging technologies;
• Who enjoys client interaction and wants to be involved in business development activities; and
• Who brings an approachable, down-to-earth and innovative mindset.
