The Role
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Business Development Manager who can play a pivotal role in driving growth across Hamilton Locke. This position can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Working with the Head of Business Development to execute business development plans and strategy.
- Market research and analysis to identify trends, prospects and opportunities.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams to execute business development activities.
- Facilitating lead generation and managing BD pipeline with partners, as well as supporting on approaches to client engagement.
- Proactively managing pitches, proposals and capability statements.
- Project management, including collaborating with internal business units to implement projects and plans.
- Updating and managing specific business development tools and resources, including documentation and templates.
- Systems management, updates and reporting (including Dynamics 365 CRM)
