The role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our market-leading Corporate Practice, recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

Our Corporate team was recently ranked equal 2nd in the Mergermarket Australian M&A league tables for deal count in Q1 2025, reflecting the strength and momentum of our practice.

We offer broad work and development opportunities, while also giving you the space to specialise in areas you’re genuinely passionate about. With work spanning both domestic and international markets, you’ll advise corporations, private equity sponsors, founders and management teams across a wide range of industries.

We’re looking for someone:

  • with 5+ years’ experience in a leading private practice environment;
  • who has strong Corporate M&A experience;
  • with a genuine passion for Corporate law;
  • who wants a fantastic team culture;
  • who wants to work directly with a senior practitioner;
  • who wants to accelerate their career by working in a leading, growing, national M&A team; and
  • with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
