We’re seeking a Legal Secretary to join our brand-new Brisbane office and play a key role in supporting our Partners and legal teams.
What you’ll be doing
· Diary, email and travel management
· Preparing legal documents and maintaining client/matter records
· Billing, expenses and practice administration
· Coordinating meetings, events and business development activities
· Contributing to the growth and success of our Brisbane office
What we’re looking for
· 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant in a law firm
· Strong MS Office skills, with excellent attention to detail
· Highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities
· A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
· Australian citizen or permanent resident
