IT Customer Support Analyst I under direct supervision, provides customer support services to internal and external customers.
- Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
- Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
- Shift Details: 8 hours | 75% remote – occasional on-premises visits
Responsibilities:
- Expedite the resolution of escalated IT support issues and conduct thorough investigations to resolve them efficiently.
- Apply basic PC/LAN knowledge for daily troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Participate in defining support processes and procedures, and produce reports and metrics as required.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Perform individual tasks and provide assistance to others as directed.
- Ensure job tasks are performed correctly, minimizing impact on organizational viability. Errors are easily identifiable and correctable by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Technology, including customer support.
- Ability to analyze procedural transactions to identify failures and recommend remediation steps.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple issues simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Some knowledge of SAP and experience in a software development environment is beneficial but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is necessary.
- Must be local to Tulsa area.
