Material Coordinator III (Onsite: Williston, ND)

The Material Coordinator III under broad direction, duties include ensuring timely materials good movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products, inventory accuracy and other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

• Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hour, depending on experience
• Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday | off on weekends | 5X2 

Responsibilities:

• Train and lead small teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Support the S4 transition by ensuring seamless integration and process improvements.
• Manage timely material goods movements, ensuring accurate storage and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Perform additional duties and activities as directed to support overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; a 2-year degree with 1 year of work experience is preferred.
• Four years of related experience in material handling, or a 2-year degree plus 2 years of related experience required.
• Experience in an operations environment is preferred, with knowledge of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
• Ability to lift at least 60 lbs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
