We are seeking a highly organized and dependable administrative professional who can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/hour, depending on experience.
- Assignment Length: 12-month contract with the high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
- Shift Details: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm | 10 days ON, 4 days OFF
Responsibilities:
- Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using computer and Excel skills.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience processing timesheets, work orders, and invoices.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with vendors, employees, and management.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptable to changing work processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
