The Assembly & Repair Technician under strict supervision, assembles and tests Artificial Lift products.

  • Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
  • Assignment Length: 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
  • Shift Details: Night shift | 12 hour shift | Every other weekend off

Responsibilities:

  • Review work orders and acquire necessary parts for new product assembly. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless coordination and support.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of materials and components, including their applications, to enhance assembly processes.
  • Gain and document essential knowledge of assembly tools and techniques to ensure efficient and accurate product assembly.
  • Assist in repair and maintenance efforts to enhance product quality and service delivery, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques, ensuring accurate and reliable testing processes.
  • Record test procedures, data, observations, and results meticulously to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Incorporate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality analysis techniques into all job processes to uphold high standards.
  • Ensure that any errors are easily identifiable by supervisors and can be corrected promptly, minimizing impact on operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and information sharing.
  • Demonstrates a natural ability and interest in understanding mechanical systems and processes.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, offering a supportive environment for skill development and growth.
