Dispatcher (Onsite: Midland, TX)

The Dispatcher will be the central point of contact for service requests. Your main goal is to answer incoming calls and coordinate with field crews to ensure service jobs are handled quickly and efficiently.

• Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Assignment Length: 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: 10 days on, 4 days off | 12- hour Shift | On-call

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and gather necessary details for service requests.
• Communicate service jobs to crews and field personnel using the telephone and two-way radio systems.
• Act as the link between customers and technical teams to ensure help arrives where it is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with how to operate telephones and two-way radios.
• Ability to handle several tasks at once without getting overwhelmed.
• Clear speaking skills and a professional tone for customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of schedules and locations.
• Friendly, adaptable, and works well in a team environment.
• Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
