Assembly & Repair Technician I (Onsite: Tulsa, OK)

The Assembly & Repair Technician I under strict supervision, assembles and tests Artificial Lift products.

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
• Assignment Length: 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: 2nd Shift | 3:00 pm – 11:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Review work orders and acquire necessary parts for new product assembly, coordinating with the manufacturing team as needed.
• Gain basic knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
• Learn and document assembly tools and techniques.
• Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to enhance product quality and service.
• Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques, documenting procedures, data, observations, and results.
• Incorporate Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes.
• Work under supervision, with errors being easily identifiable and correctable in a short time frame.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant mechanical, assembly, or repair experience required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant certifications such as SafeLand, H2S, and forklift operation are a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check, including a criminal history check, employment verification, and a mandatory drug test.
