The Assembly & Repair Technician I under strict supervision, assembles and tests Artificial Lift products.
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Assignment Length: 6-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
- Review work orders, acquire parts for new product assembly, and coordinate with manufacturing as necessary.
- Acquire basic knowledge of materials, components, and their application.
- Document basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques.
- Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to improve products and services.
- Acquire basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques.
- Document test procedures, data, observations, and results.
- Incorporate Reliability, HSE, and Quality analysis techniques in all job processes.
- Ensure errors are readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected in relatively short time frames.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of materials and components.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and techniques.
- Ability to assist in repair and maintenance efforts.
- Basic knowledge of test procedures and techniques.
