The Material Handler under direct supervision, safely and effectively supports the daily stockpoint operations through mixing liquid mud, loading bulk products, and shipping and receiving pallet materials for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and stockpoint efficiency.
- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience.
- Assignment Length: 5-month contract with a high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
- Verify material orders to ensure proper quantities are received and dispatched.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
- Support inventory management by accurately recording material movements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
