The Prep Cook under general supervision, participates in the preparation and delivery of guest services including meals, activities, facilities, transportation, and general support requirements for executive level clientele.


  • Annual Rate: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00
  • Contract Length: Full time
  • Shift Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Responsibilities:

  • Performs a wide variety of tasks inclusive of facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance; food preparation and presentation; activity coordinating and execution; and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and spouses.
  • Directly responsible for creating the environment contributing to successful guest entertainment and client relations goals.
  • Provides chauffeur services for guests as required.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
  • Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexiblity, and customer service skills.
  • Must be willing and able to perform a wide variety of tasks inclusive of facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance; food preparation and presentation; activity coordinating and execution; and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and spouses.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.


Qualifications:

  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or similar education and industry specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele, plus 5-7 years experience in the resort industry.
