Kitchen Aid under general supervision, participates in the preparation and delivery of guest services including meals, activities, facilities, transportation, and general support requirements for executive level clientele.

  • Pay Rate: Up to $16.50/hour, depending on experience
  • Assignment Length: 2-year contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of meals, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks, including facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance, food preparation and presentation, activity coordination and execution, and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and their spouses.
  • Create an inviting and successful environment that enhances guest entertainment and strengthens client relations.
  • Provide chauffeur services for guests as needed, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
  • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, adhering to all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage tasks with precision, understanding that errors can be measured and confined.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous food handling and cooking experience required. Preferably with baking or pastry.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the resort industry.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Possession of a chauffeur license is required.
  • Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment, requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexibility, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness and organization in food preparation and service areas.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, including facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance, food preparation and presentation, activity coordination and execution, and host services.
