The Opportunity

The Director, Community Experience is the executive owner of customer and community experience, service strategy and operating models for the Geelong Regional Library Corporation (GRLC). The role shapes how GRLC translates community needs, insight and the Library Plan into contemporary, accessible and sustainable services across physical, digital, outreach and partnership channels.
