Founded over 22 years ago, Grill’d started with a simple idea - to create healthy burgers that taste good and do good. Since then, we’ve grown from a single Melbourne restaurant into one of Australia’s most loved hospitality brands, with 180+ restaurants nationwide and exciting growth still ahead.

As we continue to expand and evolve, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Design & Development team and help bring the next chapter of Grill’d to life.

About the role:

Reporting to the National Construction Manager, this role will play a critical part in delivering Grill’d’s national refurbishment and development pipeline across our restaurant network.

You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the high standards our restaurants are known for.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy juggling multiple moving pieces, can stay calm under pressure, and know how to navigate challenging conversations around timelines, costs and project delivery with confidence.

• Bring Big Ideas to Life: Lead the delivery of exciting new Grill’d restaurants, refurbishments and Drive Thru projects across Australia, helping shape the future of one of the country’s most loved hospitality brands
• Be the Project Go-To: Team up with builders, shopfitters, landlords, councils and consultants to keep projects running smoothly.
• Thrive in the Fast Lane: Juggle multiple projects at once, balancing timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations while solving problems and keeping cool under pressure
• Build Relationships: Partner closely with stakeholders across the business and become the trusted, solutions-focused person everyone loves working with - all while growing your career in a business investing heavily in development and the future of its restaurant network.

Who we’re looking for:

• Project Delivery Pro: Experienced delivering hospitality, retail or multi-site fit-out/refurbishment projects within fast-paced environments
• Calm Under Pressure: Someone resilient and solutions-focused who can confidently manage competing priorities, timeline changes and project challenges
• Relationship Builder: A personable communicator who can build trust quickly and manage stakeholders professionally across all levels
• Commercially Minded: Comfortable managing budgets, reviewing tenders and challenging contractors when required while maintaining positive working relationships
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
• Hospitality or Retail Experience: Exposure to hospitality, retail or customer-facing environments will be highly regarded
• Growth Mindset: Open to learning, evolving and growing within a business that’s continuing to expand nationally.
