We now operate over 150 locally-minded restaurants around the country, as well as one in Bali and more international expansion to come! We’re looking for a senior Restaurant Manager to join the team at Grill’d Leichhardt.

A day in the life of a Grill’d Manager means you’ll be:  

  • Leading and motivating 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant 
  • Working closely with our Area Managers you will ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which include weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management and restaurant compliance 
  • This is a people focus role where you will be empowered to support your team members development, both personally and professionally through regular check ins, performance reviews and creating talent pipelines for promotions 
  • Managing business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs 
  • Ownership of our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference  

What we look for?  

  • Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues- this could be QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas and anything in between 
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high performing and engaged teams 
  • You’re great with numbers and have an analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPI’s, and generating reports and opportunity for sales growth 
  • You’re organised and love a high energy working environment, where no two days are the same, you bring positive vibes and are passionate about the hospitality industry 
  • Someone who prides themselves on a customer first approach and empowers their team to do the same

As a hospitality business you will be required to work a combination of shifts including weekends and public holidays. However, we don't work overnights!
