Your Role as an Experienced Team Member

As a seasoned pro, you’ll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. You’ll be:

  • Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.
  • Taking ownership of key stations - grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.

If you’ve got experience in a customer-facing or kitchen role and are ready to step up. We’re after someone who is:

  • Confident in handling peak service times and problem-solving on the go.
