We’re looking for Assistant Managers across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra and Adelaide.

About you...

  • 6 months experience as an Assistant Manager in the fast food/QSR or hospitality industry
  • Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams
  • Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports
  • Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset
  • A hunger and drive to grow your business
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don’t do overnights!

Your day to day at Grill’d... 

  • Work alongside your team to drive sales growth and engagement
  • Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management & compliance
  • Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews and talent pipelines
  • Manage business financials and create action plans that directly impact your restaurant’s P&L
  • Engage with your local community with our Local Matters Program
