NOW HIRING: Opening Crew – Grill'd Chermside Drive Thru & Albert St Brisbane CBD!

Grill’d is growing in Brisbane with two brand-new restaurants opening soon – a Drive Thru in Chermside and a new restaurant on Albert Street in Brisbane CBD – and we want YOU to be part of our opening crews.

We’re looking for Experienced Team Members who are ready to step up, thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to keep things moving while keeping it fresh.

⭐ Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service is essential.

⭐ Drive Thru experience is a bonus, especially for our Chermside location. If you've worked the headset, smashed speed targets, and stayed cool under pressure, even better. If not, we'll teach you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Working across multiple stations including dress bench, grill, chips, till and Drive Thru (Chermside)
• Prepping fresh ingredients and delivering delicious, high-quality food
• Owning your station and helping the team smash every shift
• Keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a 1:1 interview on one of the following dates:

• Saturday 3 October
• Sunday 4 October

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment. It's a mix of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be completed within 48 hours of applying. Once you're done, you'll receive a personalised insight report highlighting your strengths and work style.
