About the Role
This is your chance to play a key role in how our restaurants come to life. As a Project Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of fit-outs, refurbishments, and special projects across our national network. From day one, you’ll be working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on brand, on time, and on budget.
You’ll also help ensure each space delivers the unique, feel-good Grill’d experience — think clever design, welcoming ambience, and seamless execution. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role, and there’s plenty of room to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating new restaurant builds and refurbishments from concept through to handover
- Supporting and leading minor works projects across the Grill’d network
- Liaising with external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Ensuring project milestones are met, with strong documentation and communication
- Helping manage budgets, schedules, and cost efficiencies
- Identifying ways to improve project delivery through smarter systems and processes
