About The Role

Our IT team is continuing to grow and we're currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Grill'd Support Office in Richmond. You will partner with business stakeholders to capture functional & technical requirements and manage the delivery of projects and business initiatives Involving IT systems. 

This person will also be an escalation point to assist with supporting applications within the Grill'd IT ecosystem. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Undertake technical analysis, define business logic, data mapping and governance, and creation of success criteria.  
• Capture and document functional requirements and related business processes. 
• Gather, analyse, and document business systems and ongoing support requirements. 
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements and efficiencies. 
• Plan and assist in the delivery and management of projects. 
• Develop, manage and track project plans and business cases 
• Proactively identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies 
• Establish user acceptance testing scripts / acceptance criteria 
• Conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders 
• Triage and manage defects and enhancements raised during testing 

What we Are looking For

• Previous client and stakeholder management experience 
• Excellent facilitation and workshop skills 
• 5 + years of experience in developing and implementing solutions 
• Extensive experience developing functional requirements documents 
• Functionally experienced with supply chain, HRIS, payroll and finance systems 
• Experienced with current Master Data practices and Data Governance 
• Experienced with data integration, data transformation concepts and mapping data requirements between disparate applications 
• Demonstrates strong verbal and numerical skills  
• ERP Experience, either via implementation, change, or management.  
• Project lifecycle experience
