Grill’d is firing up a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant in Clayfield – and we’re building a team of energetic, people-loving Team Members to bring the energy, speed, and epic service from day one.

• Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service (ideal but not essential)
• Drive Thru experience is a bonus – we’ll train you up if you’re new
• Someone who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift
• A team player who’s ready to jump in and get involved
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts.

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
