What You’ll Be Doing 

• Strategic Moves: Take charge of growing revenue, boosting market share, and driving profit margins for your venue. 
• -Spend 2 days on the restaurant driving growth by building business relationships, engaging with local businesses, and crafting marketing strategies. 
• -Spend 3 days in the restaurant ensuring everything runs smoothly, supporting your RM, and leveling up your team. 
• Lead with Purpose: Support and mentor your Restaurant Manager (RM) as they handle daily operations, compliance, and guest experiences, while you focus on the bigger picture. 
• Create Community Connections: Champion local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with local groups and businesses. 
• Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives. 
• Keep the Numbers Ticking: Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure the venue achieves its sales and operational goals.
