Grill’d is turning up the heat in South Geelong with a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant – and we want YOU to help bring the vibes, the speed, and the epic service.

We’re looking for Drive Thru legends in the making who thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to keep things moving while keeping it fresh.

⭐ Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service is desirable – but not essential.

⭐ Drive Thru experience is a bonus – if you’ve worked the headset, smashed speed targets, and stayed cool under pressure, even better! If not, we’ll teach you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping the Drive Thru lane firing with energy, speed, and great service
• Working across multiple stations – dress bench, grill, chips, and till
• Prepping fresh ingredients and delivering delicious, high-quality food
• Owning your station and helping the team smash every shift
• Keeping things clean, safe, and smooth

What We’re Looking For

• Previous QSR, hospitality experience is desirable
• Previous Drive Thru experience is a bonus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• You bring the energy, pace, and confidence to handle the rush
• You’re a team player who communicates clearly and gets things done
• You care about the customer experience – every time
