As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re on the lookout for a high-energy recruiter or candidate resourcer to help us deliver a top-tier Team Member recruitment experience across the country.


About the Role

This is a fast-paced, 5-month contract ideal for someone with a high-volume recruitment or resourcing background, ideally from retail, hospitality, or agency environments.

You’ll be part of a close-knit Talent Team, jumping into seasonal Team Member recruitment and supporting a high-volume hiring campaign across multiple states. Your days will be full of sourcing standout candidates, managing screening processes, and helping Restaurant Managers build their dream teams.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Team Member Recruitment Blitz: Own and deliver high-volume recruitment across multiple markets, helping to hire hundreds of casuals in the lead-up to summer.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use creative channels and proactive sourcing to find the best fit for our team.
  • Stakeholder Support: Partner closely with our Restaurant Managers and People team to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Project Support: Jump into team initiatives and support seasonal hiring campaigns, employer branding activities, and onboarding support.

  • Volume Recruitment Pro – You've managed end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Candidate Experience Obsessed – You care deeply about creating positive experiences, from first touch to offer.
  • Strong Communicator – You’re confident working with hiring managers, coordinating group recruitment sessions, and sharing feedback clearly.
  • Organised & Efficient – You’re comfortable using recruitment tools, tracking progress, and juggling multiple roles at once.
  • Positive Vibes – You bring good energy, collaborate well in a team, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
