Reporting into our inspirational Head of Marketing Campaigns, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager. If you're a creative, detail-driven marketer ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, values-led business, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Execution: Support in the execution of end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to briefing creative teams to managing timelines, in-restaurant VM planning and execution
  • Campaign Management: Own and manage small-scale campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Brand Documentation: Develop key brand documents, campaign briefs, and performance reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
  • Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive future success.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure the Grill’d brand is represented accurately across all key touch points, including in-restaurant collateral.
  • Brand & Partnerships Support: Assist in the execution of brand partnerships, to enhance Grill’d’s presence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or related field).
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (FMCG, QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong campaign execution skills – developing briefs, reviewing creative, and tracking results.
  • Analytical mindset – ability to assess sales data and report on campaign impact.
  • Digital skills – proficiency in Excel and understanding of paid, owned, and earned media models.
  • Creative judgment and strong communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
