Our VIC Operations team is growing, we are adding an additional Area Manager role,   created off the back of sustained growth, new restaurant openings, and a huge runway ahead. As we expand across VIC, we’re building our leadership bench to match, and this new position will play a key part in supporting our next wave of restaurants.

• Smash sales, profit, and growth targets across your territory like a pro. 
• Coach, inspire, and level up your restaurant leaders to be the best in the business. 
• Use data-driven insights to fuel performance and keep things running at full speed. 
• Deliver top-notch operations and ensure every shift runs like clockwork. 
• Lead the charge on OH&S, food safety, and labour compliance. 
• Play a key role in new restaurant launches, making sure everything is flawless from day one.
