What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends.
- Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
- Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
- Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
- Assistant Drive Thru Managers: You’ll be supporting your Restaurant Manager on the above.
