2026 isn’t just big for Grill’d, it’s full throttle. We’re opening a brand new Drive Thru restaurant in Narre Warren and this is your chance to be part of the founding management team from day one. Your Role, Your Impact: 

Restaurant Manager – You Oversee It All 

• Lead 40–60 crew members, driving engagement, performance, and results 
• Own the overall restaurant operations from rostering to compliance  
• Grow your crew through check-ins, development plans, and mentoring 
• Keep budgets, P&L, and KPIs on track 
• Champion the community through Local Matters and other initiatives 

Drive Thru Manager– You Own the Lanes 

• Master the flow from grill to window, ensuring every shift runs smoothly 
• Energise, coach, and develop your team to deliver top notch Drive Thru experiences 
• Focus on speed, quality and hitting sales targets while keeping the team motivated 

Assistant Restaurant Managers – You Drive the Dine-In Experience 

• Support the RM to ensure smooth daily operations 
• Champion product and focus on creating exceptional guest experiences in the dine-in area. 
• Coach and develop team members, help drive sales and maintain high standards.
