At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in the Inner West of Sydney.
As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.
To be successful in this role:
- we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of previous team leading or supervisory experience in similar settings.
- Sound horticulture knowledge is essential and holding a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or having equivalent experience would be highly desirable.
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Commitment to health, safety, and the environment is also important.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train apprentices and/or labourers.
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
- Valid white card or willingness to obtain
