About The Role

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations — delivering critical commercial and contractual support, driving strong governance and compliance, and helping us achieve outstanding outcomes across the City of Port Phillip contract. If you love keeping things running smoothly and making a real impact, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately entering daily works data and maintaining labour/production tracking spreadsheets
  • Mentoring and supporting the contract administration team to help them thrive
  • Preparing monthly Client Reports and tracking KPIs to keep performance on point
  • Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices within SAP
  • Maintaining Green by Nature's Integrated Management Systems and digital office filing systems
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment, sharing responsibility for managing incoming customer enquiries and ensuring the smooth running of the office

About You

You're a detail-driven professional who brings both precision and positivity to everything you do. Here's what we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in contract support, backed by strong commercial acumen
  • Strong computer skills with a demonstrated ability to operate Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with SAP Business One is a bonus — but don't worry if you haven't used it before, full training will be provided!
  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting those around them
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results
