About the Role

Work side-by-side with our frontline teams across NSW, driving initiatives, supporting best practice, and inspiring a strong, positive safety culture that ensures everyone goes home safe, every day.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Implement HSEQ Strategy in NSW
• Provide safety & WHS training
• Conduct site visits
• Lead toolbox talks
• Carry out risk assessments
• Investigate incidents

About You

• You lead by example in a safety-first culture
• A Cert IV in WHS is essential
• A driver's licence is essential (manual or auto)
• At least 2 years' experience within a similar role
• Sound knowledge and experience in WHS and safe systems of work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
