Horticulturist - Supervisor

Are you a hands-on horticulture leader? Join our team and nurture and develop our people as well as some of Sydney's most beautiful green spaces!

Responsibilities 

• Manage and coordinate daily and weekly teams' work schedules
• Lead, guide and develop team members working across various projects from apprentices to team leaders
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
• Inspect finalised horticulture projects to ensure contract requirements are met
• Build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You 

• Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens
• 5 years' experience in a similar role
• People leadership and performance management experience is essential
• Experience with using computer software including MS Office
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• White Card
• Valid Drivers' license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
