Garden Maintenance Team Member

We are looking for a Garden & Lawn Maintenance team member maintaining gardens and lawns to ensure they are presented to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance duties including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilising
• Maintain lawns, gardens, hedges, and landscape areas to a high presentation standard
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Assist with planting, turf care, and general landscape improvement tasks
• Identify and report plant pests, diseases, and maintenance issues
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently

About You

• You are comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work
• You hold a valid driver’s licence
• You are reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team
• You have a qualification in Horticulture (desirable)
