Garden Maintenance Team Leader

• Permanent Full Time, 38 hours per week
• Monday – Friday with early start, early finish
• Company vehicle, laptop & phone 

About the Role 

Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join us as a Team Leader. Combine your passion for nurturing outdoor spaces with your talent for people leadership and showcase your skills and develop new ones.

You will be caring for a variety of sites across Brisbane, being based in Salisbury.

• Lead and develop a dedicated team
• Schedule and prioritise tasks and direct team activities
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team
• Conduct regular inspections to assess site condition, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with the client to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates
• Actively participate in team tasks alongside your team
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and arrange for repairs as needed

About You

You will be a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety with a track record of developing and motivating teams. 

• Qualifications in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or relevant field is highly desirable but not essential
• Blue Card (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
• Strong team leadership experience
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
• White Card
• Valid Drivers' license is a must.
