At Green by Nature, we enhance lives by constructing, nurturing and maintaining exceptional outdoor spaces. We’re on the lookout for a reliable and safety-conscious Mower Operator to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a range of mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance and equipment checks
• Maintain lawns, verges and green spaces to a high standard
• Support with general grounds maintenance tasks
• Follow all site safety procedures and protocols

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening or mowing (preferred)
• Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel and work on your feet all day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team

Required licences/checks:

• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
