Lead turf and garden operations, manage staff, ensure quality service, and build client relationships for efficient contract execution and growth.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management of maintenance contracts across a diverse portfolio of facilities. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, high-quality outcomes, and ongoing improvements.

Your expertise in turf and horticultural management, combined with a strong leadership presence, will ensure standards are exceeded, teams are empowered, and client satisfaction remains high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day grounds and garden maintenance activities across multiple sites
  • Identify and implement improvements in client spaces to enhance quality and presentation
  • Lead and mentor staff, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and ongoing development
  • Prepare accurate quotes in alignment with client expectations and timelines
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance operations and contract deliverables
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Champion safety and operational excellence across your teams

About You

You’re a confident leader with a solid background in turf or horticultural management. You understand how to manage people, timelines, and client expectations. You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to juggle competing priorities without compromising quality.
